Bio-Flow is a highly active blend of bacteria and enzymes designed to maintain optimal health and effectiveness of your septic system. A healthy septic system should function properly with good flow and most importantly, NO ODOR. Regular septic maintenance helps to prevent costly service and repairs.
Septic System Maintenance
Use 1 Quart of Bio Flow for every 100 gallons of holding tank capacity every 3 - 4 months. To treat, simply pour Septic Care directly into toilet and flush.
Drain Line Clogs
Pour 6 - 8 ounces directly into sink with clog. Once the clog clears, run fresh water and then follow with another 2 - 4 ounces of drain cleaner to digest any remaining organic material.
GREASE TRAP MAINTENANCE (Commercial)
Use 4 to 6 oz. per day in the main sink or drain line. Treatment should be done during off-peak hours, usually at night. To treat, simply pour Bio Flow directly into the main sink or drain line. For ease of application an automatic dispensing pump can be used.
DRAIN LINES (Commercial)
Add 4 - 6 oz to each floor drain for the initial treatment. For line maintenance, use 2 - 4 oz two to three times per week based on need. Rates of usage are determined by system loading. Each facility is unique due to capacity and production. Onsite consulting is available to determine your exact needs. Contact your ESI representative.
